IT Support Specialist
Peninsula Fiber Network, LLC (PFN) is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist in Mount Pleasant, MI. This position is responsible for providing technical support for PFN and its subsidiary Winn Telecom employees, supporting internal telecommunications systems, maintaining end-user hardware and software, and assisting with local network and infrastructure operations. The IT Support Specialist works closely with internal departments to troubleshoot technology issues, deploy and maintain equipment, support business applications, and ensure reliable operation of PFN’s internal IT and telecommunications systems.
