Peninsula Fiber Network - NTIA Middle Mile Broadband Infrastructure Grant: Horizontal Directional Drilling/Shore Vault Construction [Notice To Bidders]

Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Paper copies of the Bidding Documents will not be supplied, only digital versions. No fee will be charged for Bidding Documents.

  • Pre-Bid Conference

    A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on December 9 at 2:00 PM EST via Microsoft Teams. Interested bidders shall notify the Issuing Office to request an invitation to the conference. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders who do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.

  • Instructions to Bidders

    For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the attached “Advertisement For Bids” PDF to the left.

  • Obtaining the Bidding Documents

    Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be obtained by contacting the engineer via e-mail at lengels@geiconsultants.com and registering as a potential bidder. Prospective Bidders are urged to register as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format.
